The 980-808nm multi-wavelength laser diode module is an advanced small and reliable semiconductor laser modulator with lead-free solder and safety advantages. This model contains four separate wavelengths of 9xx nm emission or 808 nm emission, and can be electronically modulated to achieve any single wavelength of choice. In addition, this model includes a cold switch function, which allows timely changing of signals during fast on/off cycles without compromising overall performance.
