New product: Tiancheng Semiconductor launches 500W blue laser

To meet the increasing market demands, Tiancheng Semiconductor has achieved a breakthrough in innovation by further enhancing the power of blue laser diodes. The new product, a single module 500W 200μm high-power, high-brightness blue laser diode, significantly improves the power density requirements and welding effects in the welding process. It has undergone rigorous internal validation, ensuring strong stability and high reliability. Based on Tiancheng’s years of experience in blue laser packaging, the technical team has successfully addressed the issue of rapid power decay during long-term operation of blue laser diodes. This breakthrough provides the market with more advanced technological support.

 

High power represents high energy, where the higher the power, the greater the energy. The new product achieves a single module power output of up to 500W, significantly enhancing work efficiency and meeting the market's demand for high-power blue laser diodes.

High brightness means high energy density, with small core diameter being a significant characteristic of high brightness products. The 500W blue laser diode utilizes a core diameter of only 200μm, which greatly ensures the requirement for high energy density. 

The 450nm 500W blue laser diode is primarily used in welding scenarios involving copper, gold, and other non-ferrous metals. During the welding process, the blue laser diode has the advantages of preheating and slow cooling, as well as thermal conduction welding. It effectively reduces the problems of porosity and spatter in the welding process of non-ferrous metals, resulting in well-formed weld seams, minimal spatter, and fast welding speed. The product is widely applied in the manufacturing of new energy power batteries, key components for electric vehicles, and other fields.
